This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and 89ph governing your access to and use of the 89ph online casino and sports betting platform. Please read it carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and 89ph ("89ph", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 89ph.win. 89ph is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and operates in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

⚠ Important Notice: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 89ph platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

| "Wager" / "Bet" | A real-money stake placed on a Game outcome using funds from a Player's Account Balance. |
| "Winnings" | Funds credited to a Player's Balance as a result of a successful Wager outcome. |
By clicking "Create Account", "Register", "Sign In", or otherwise accessing the 89ph platform, you irrevocably accept these Terms. Your acceptance is effective from the date of first use of the platform and remains in force for the duration of your account's existence and thereafter as applicable.
These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or access method used — whether through the 89ph.win website, the 89ph Android application, the iOS application, or any other authorized access channel. Use of the platform through any third-party interface or mirror site does not diminish your obligations under these Terms.

Mandatory Age Requirement: Registration and all real-money gameplay on 89ph is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 89ph, you must at all times:
To create a 89ph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and such other information as 89ph may require. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will maintain its accuracy throughout the lifecycle of your account.
89ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time. Acceptable identification documents include: Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys national ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, PRC ID, voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 89ph account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings in duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 89ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login details, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 89ph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 89ph immediately by contacting support. 89ph accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
An account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 89ph may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts after providing notice via the registered email address. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed at 89ph's discretion.
89ph accepts deposits through GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
✅ GCash Deposits: GCash deposits are credited instantly to your 89ph wallet in most cases. If a GCash deposit is debited from your GCash wallet but does not appear in your 89ph balance within 30 minutes, contact 89ph support with your GCash transaction reference number for investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be made by Players who have completed the 89ph KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, in some cases, proof of address and/or source of funds documentation. 89ph will not process a withdrawal to any account that has not completed KYC verification.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 89ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses credited to a 89ph account:
Players found to be exploiting bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other Players to meet bonus conditions — will have their bonuses voided, affected winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.
All bets are final once confirmed by the 89ph system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming placement. 89ph does not accept requests to void bets that have been placed and confirmed in accordance with the system rules.
In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or technical fault that results in a game outcome being incorrectly determined or displayed, 89ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. Winnings arising from demonstrable system errors are not payable. 89ph will notify affected Players of any such voidance through their registered contact information.
If a Player's connection is interrupted during a live game round, the round will continue to completion in accordance with the game's established rules. The outcome and any resulting win or loss will be applied to the Player's account upon reconnection. Players should ensure they have a stable internet connection before commencing play with real money.
Sports betting markets are subject to additional rules specific to each sport and event type. In cases of event postponement, abandonment, or walkover, 89ph's applicable sports betting rules will govern the settlement of affected markets. PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other markets each have sport-specific settlement guidelines published within the sports betting section of the platform.
89ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through the "Responsible Gaming" section of your account settings.
Players who elect to self-exclude from 89ph will have their accounts closed for the self-exclusion duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, 89ph will not process account re-activation requests regardless of the circumstances put forward. Permanent self-exclusion results in irrevocable account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89ph platform and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

All content, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, graphics, text, user interface design, and data comprising the 89ph platform are the intellectual property of 89ph or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the 89ph platform without prior written consent from 89ph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 89ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 89ph platform, even if 89ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
89ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their 89ph account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
89ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary platform unavailability, for which 89ph accepts no liability.
You may close your 89ph account at any time by contacting support via the 24/7 live chat or by using the self-exclusion tools in your account settings. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and any active wagering requirements declared. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to receive any bonus funds that had not yet met their wagering requirements.
89ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that the Player has:
In cases of termination due to breach, 89ph reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the withheld balance may be forfeited at 89ph's discretion.
In the event of a dispute between you and 89ph regarding any matter covered by these Terms, you should first contact 89ph customer support via the 24/7 live chat and provide full details of your complaint. 89ph commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the 89ph internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player assistance channels in your capacity as a player of a PAGCOR-licensed platform.
You agree that before initiating any legal proceedings against 89ph, you will first attempt to resolve the matter through the internal complaints process described above. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by the mechanisms described in Section 14 above. The platform's operations are governed under PAGCOR's licensing framework, and PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures are available to Players as an alternative escalation mechanism.
89ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature — such as those affecting Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility requirements — 89ph will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via registered email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
